Quotes and estimates

Quotes provided by Gunter Electrical are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection. If we discover additional work is needed once a job is underway, we will inform you before proceeding. No additional work will be carried out without your approval.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change after this period due to material cost changes.

Payment terms

Payment is due on completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments. For larger jobs, we may request a deposit or progress payments, which will be agreed before work begins.

Warranty and workmanship

All work performed by Gunter Electrical is carried out by licensed electricians in accordance with Australian Standards and the relevant NSW electrical regulations. We stand behind our workmanship. If you experience an issue related to work we've performed, contact us and we'll sort it.

Materials and products installed carry their manufacturer's warranty. We use quality materials and can advise on warranty terms for specific products.

Compliance

Where required by NSW regulations, we issue certificates of compliance for completed work. These certificates confirm the work meets current Australian Standards and should be kept for your records.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked job, please give us as much notice as possible. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, a call-out fee may apply to cover travel and scheduling costs.

Access and site conditions

Please make sure we can access the work area safely. If there are dogs, locked gates, or specific access requirements, let us know when booking. We need clear access to the switchboard and any areas we'll be working in.

Liability

Gunter Electrical holds public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the scope of work agreed and performed. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, faults unrelated to our work, or damage caused by third parties.
