Common questions
How often should solar panels be serviced?
We recommend a full health check every two years. This includes inspecting the panels, checking connections, testing inverter performance, and cleaning if needed. If you've noticed a drop in output or your inverter is showing error codes, get it checked sooner.
My solar output has dropped. What's wrong?
Could be several things: dirty panels, a failing inverter, shading from new tree growth, a faulty isolator, or degraded wiring connections. We use monitoring tools to diagnose exactly where the problem is. Sometimes it's a simple fix, sometimes the inverter needs replacing. We'll tell you straight.
Can you upgrade my old inverter?
